Terms and Conditions

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires that the owner of an online store must provide terms for product delivery, returns, and the right of withdrawal. Such provisions are referred to as a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).

These terms regulate the ordering, payment, delivery, and return procedures for goods, as well as the processing of personal data and the conditions for concluding a distance contract in the online store. By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following agreement:

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts,” the purchase agreement concluded between the buyer and seller in the online store is considered a distance contract.

The distance contract comes into effect at the moment when the buyer places an order on the website and receives confirmation to the email address provided. The seller undertakes to fulfill the order in accordance with the terms of the contract and the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, by sending a withdrawal form or a notification of withdrawal to the seller's email. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged. Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

Delivery and Payment

The buyer may choose the most convenient delivery method indicated during the order process. We offer delivery via parcel terminals, courier, or in-person pickup (if available).

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and the workload of the service provider.

Payment methods available:

  • Bank transfer

  • Internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, etc.)

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Other payment systems available on the website

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT (where applicable). An invoice will be sent to the customer's email after order confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving it, by sending the seller a withdrawal letter. The seller will send the withdrawal form to the buyer via email upon request.

The buyer must return the goods to the seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All costs related to returning the goods to the seller are borne by the buyer.

The buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The ordered goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or expire soon.

  • The goods have been made specifically for the buyer based on an individual order.

  • The buyer has opened the packaging of audio/video recordings or computer software.

According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia:
"The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The seller has the right to refuse the right of withdrawal or deduct a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, handled negligently during use, instructions are not followed, the original packaging is lost, or the packaging is significantly damaged."

Data Processing

By placing an order, the buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service. Data is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., delivery companies).

These terms come into effect upon publication and remain in force until updated or amended. The seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time, informing customers on the website.
